Order Restrictions
The items in this store are limited to United States customers only. We do not ship to freight forwarding companies, package forwarding services, or anyone suspected of redirecting packages outside of the United States.
The items in this store are also strictly limited to a max of (4) per customer. Please do not place multiple orders that exceed the 4-per-customer limit. Continuing to place new orders that we canceled to enforce item quantity limits, will result in all orders being canceled.
We reserve the right to cancel your order for any reason, but you should expect your order to be canceled and refunded for, but not limited to, the following reasons:
- a multi-session browser or extension or a bot was used to place the order
- high fraud risk
- payment methods based in non-US countries
- shipping addresses that cannot be validated
- shipping addresses that violate our US-only restrictions
- shipping addresses attempting to circumvent our US-only restrictions
- orders using invalid email addresses
- orders from the same customer using multiple email addresses
- orders from the same customer using multiple shipping addresses
- orders attempting to circumvent our item quantity limits
- prior chargeback history
- prior order abuse history
While certain legitimate privacy & security tools are permitted, we obviously need to scrutinize such orders more closely, which may result in slower processing times or potential order cancelation. These include, but are not limited to:
- using a proxy or VPN
- shipping to Commercial Mail Receiving Agencies or to operators of private mailboxes
- using a temporary or disposable email address
In an effort to limit the cost of abuse, we might cancel your order without any notification or explanation.
Pre-orders
The items in this store are pre-orders that are expected to ship on or around July 18th, 2025.
IndieMerch will always set realistic expected ship dates based on the information we have available to us and keep you informed when details change. Whenever possible, we ship music to arrive on an album's street date. The majority of our pre-orders ship on or before the dates we outline on the product's page, but sometimes production or transportation problems can cause delays that are out of our, the label's, and the artist's control.
